Terms for your chosen model

Files

Your purchase covers the selected area and model setup. The ZIP contains colour 3MF files in 100, 175, 250 and 280 mm. Where water is present, it includes the complete model, a model with water sockets and separate water inserts to print face down and glue into place. Contents and detail depend on map data and size. No physical model or STL. A 3MF-compatible slicer and suitable 3D printer are required.

Price and delivery

Total price: DKK 150 per model package. VAT is not charged separately; the seller is not VAT registered. One-time payment through Stripe. Danish billing addresses only. The agreement and consent are emailed, and files are prepared after confirmed payment, normally within a few minutes. Download from your account for 90 days after publication. Save your files locally.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from concluding the agreement. The right ends on delivery of the completed digital files if you expressly requested delivery before the deadline, acknowledged the loss beforehand and received confirmation. Payment or a preview alone is not delivery.

Notify us before the deadline at mapborn.com/fortrydelse or support@mapborn.com. The standard form is optional. Valid withdrawals are repaid using the same payment method within 14 days of notice, without a fee.

Faults and complaints

Statutory Danish rules on defective digital content apply. Contact support@mapborn.com about faults or complaints. Public complaint handling depends on the eligibility and monetary limits of Nævnenes Hus: naevneneshus.dk.

Map data

Parcel boundaries are advisory; legal boundaries are established by a licensed land surveyor. Source and licence information accompanies the files.
